Arrive in Oslo, where your private guide will be waiting to greet you and bring you to your boutique hotel for the next two nights. Located in the heart of Oslo’s city center, your upscale hotel will be the ideal jumping off point for exploring the city. After settling in, unwind from your journey with a private visit to Oslo’s floating sauna. The floating sauna is a cozy, wooden structure built on a pontoon that gently bobs on the water, featuring panoramic views of the surrounding fjord and skyline. As you warm up from the heat and steam, enjoy cooling plunges into the fjord’s refreshing waters, or take a relaxing dip in a hot tub located nearby.
Later in the evening, set out for dinner on a boat in Oslo’s fjord. Cruise past islands and forested mountains as you dine on a buffet celebrating Nordic cuisine.

After a leisurely breakfast your hotel, set out on private guided tour of Oslo. The tour begins at the Nobel Peace Center, where you’ll have a pristine view of the Oslo Fjord and the Akershus Fortress looming in the distance. Your guide will reveal some of the greatest Norwegian playwrights at The National Theatre, then guide you to the Oslo City Hall, the Royal Palace, and the main pedestrian shopping street, Karl Johans gate. Hop on a tram to head to the Frogner neighborhood and Vigeland Sculpture Park, the largest sculpture park in the world. The park is jaw-dropping, and after the tour concludes, you can opt to spend more time in the park, or request to visit another area of the city.

After breakfast, board a train and enjoy a seven hour scenic journey north to the picturesque village of Flåm. Upon arrival, enjoy time to wander this quaint town and have lunch before taking a private transfer to nearby Aurland, your home for the next three nights. Aurland is a quaint village surrounded by mountains and scenic forests.
After settling into your hotel, stretch your legs with a guided hike to Turlid waterfall. This cascading, impressive waterfall takes about two hours of fairly easy walking through forests and meadows with mountain views.

At the beginning of the Nærøyfjord, you’ll disembark at Styvi and go on a stunning hike on the old postal route towards “Bakka.” Here, you’ll stop to have lunch against a backdrop of stunning scenery. In Bakka, you’ll be picked up in a private boat and shuttled across the fjord towards Aurland.

Today’s another vibrant Norwegian summer day full of opportunities for outdoor adventures. From your hotel, you’ll cycle through nearby villages, taking in the quaint countryside. In Aurland, hop into a kayak and set out for another few hours to explore the staggering surrounding fjords. Enjoy a beach picnic lunch before returning to the hotel, with another 3-course dinner in the evening.
Enjoy your last morning in Aurland at your leisure, opting for a stroll through the village, an ambling hike, or just unwinding at the hotel. In the afternoon, you’ll board a ferry to sail towards Bergen, enjoying spectacular views along the way.

After breakfast, head to the airport to catch a quick flight north to Alesund. This city, known for its distinct art nouveau architecture, is located on a cluster of scenic islands where the fjords spill into the ocean. Upon arrival and check-in at your hotel, get your first taste of this eclectic city on a private afternoon walking tour. Learn about Alesund’s history, including its rebuild after a fire in 1904, as you take in its art nouveau architecture, culture, beautiful shops, and local art. Walk through charming Kongensgate, Løvenvoldgata and Moloveien before you take the 418 steps from the town park up to the stunning viewpoint Fjellstua.
