Elephant Plains

Perched 941 meters above sea level, Elephant Plains is a high-end lodge situated high upon the western escarpment of the Albertine rift in the north east corner of Queen Elizabeeth National Park. The lodge offers panoramic views stretching for miles over the huge open grasslands, all th way to Lake George. Set in 80 acres of pristine wilderness, the area around the lodge has fantastic game viewing, and is a major breeding ground for the Ugandan Kob which regularly attracts lions and other big cats to the area. The lodge offers 10 spacious rooms with en-suite facilities and private verandas, as well as a swimming pool, restaurant, lounge with panoramic views, and a fully stocked bar.
