Rincon del Socorro

Located in the Iberá Wetlands, Rincón del Socorro is part of a natural reserve run by the Conservation Land Trust, who care for its environment through a group of biologists and veterinarians running different restoration and reintroduction programs of species. The main house on the estancia, “El Casco,” was built in 1896 in the classic Spanish estancia style and has been renovated and transformed into a hosteria. The property is filled with gardens and century-old trees, and sits next to a lagoon that is home to carpinchos, small alligators, and a multitude of bird species. Each room is uniquely decorated, and the property features a restaurant and bar, gardens, and a swimming pool. The hotel offers a variety of activities and excursions, including guided treks, horseback riding, boat rides, nocturnal 4WD safari drives, and a short flight over areas of the Iberá that are otherwise inaccessible.
